"On Monday July 23rd we used your services for activities surrounding the CNN / YouTube Democratic Presidential Debate held in Charleston. During that time we spent considerable time making arrangements with Karen Dhooge and then changing them on her time and time again. During the entire process she could not have been more understanding and accommodating. She is a valuable asset to your company and we truly appreciated working with her.

On the day of the debate we used your antique street trolley for many different purposes: we toured the streets of Charleston in the fashion of Truman’s whistle-stop tour with the Senator aboard, we used it to transport donors to the debate site and we put several volunteers on it, turned the music up and drove around generating visibility for our campaign.

During this time there was one individual who stood out among all of the national and local press, security and other individuals who I worked with that day. That individual was Corey, our driver. Corey was adaptable to a changed itinerary, able to adjust routes upon last minute request and worked very hard to make our experience a pleasurable one.
The Senator and all of us onboard throughout the day were truly appreciative of his efforts. Corey could not have been more accommodating and pleasant despite the fact he spent about 7 hours driving the trolley with the windows down in 90 degree weather. We were pleased to have him and I hope that this correspondence helps you realize the value of his service to your company.

"On January 3, my family and I returned from a cruise with the Norwegian Majesty. An unfortunate incident happened concerning a piece of luggage that I forgot I had purchased onboard the ship. As it happened, when we located our luggage at the port, we completely forgot about the extra piece of luggage. Not until we arrived home did we realize what had happened and panic began to set in. "Our company recently had eighteen of their employees attend a quarterly meeting in Charleston S.C. We were fortunate enough to have been referred to your company for or our ground transportation needs. We had many events planned and needed reliable motor coach transportation. I made contact with your Special Events Coordinator (Mary Alice Keller). I described the planned events and the culture of our company, and Mary Alice assured me that Absolutely Charleston would meet the mark.

Upon arrival in Charleston I learned that our key attendee's flight was delayed and it was unlikely that he would meet the departure time for our planned dinner cruise. It was critical that he make the ship departure time for business reasons. I explained the situation to Mary Alice and she made it happen! She sent a driver to pick up the attendee upon arrival. She instructed that driver to leave the baggage, shuttle the passenger to the cruise, and then go back for his luggage. This strategy allowed our employee to board the ship in time. In addition, Mary Alice made it a point to meet our group in person to give us an estimated time of arrival for our our expected colleague. It is evident when someone is passionate about what they do and Mary Alice makes it very evident. Mary Alice was determined, committed and driven to meet all of our needs.
