"On Monday July 23rd we used your services for activities surrounding the CNN / YouTube Democratic Presidential Debate held in Charleston. During that time we spent considerable time making arrangements with Karen Dhooge and then changing them on her time and time again. During the entire process she could not have been more understanding and accommodating. She is a valuable asset to your company and we truly appreciated working with her.

On the day of the debate we used your antique street trolley for many different purposes: we toured the streets of Charleston in the fashion of Truman’s whistle-stop tour with the Senator aboard, we used it to transport donors to the debate site and we put several volunteers on it, turned the music up and drove around generating visibility for our campaign.

During this time there was one individual who stood out among all of the national and local press, security and other individuals who I worked with that day. That individual was Corey, our driver. Corey was adaptable to a changed itinerary, able to adjust routes upon last minute request and worked very hard to make our experience a pleasurable one.
The Senator and all of us onboard throughout the day were truly appreciative of his efforts. Corey could not have been more accommodating and pleasant despite the fact he spent about 7 hours driving the trolley with the windows down in 90 degree weather. We were pleased to have him and I hope that this correspondence helps you realize the value of his service to your company.
